I was so excited to use he strap and it didn’t disappoint. My back hip and shoulder just feels extremely connected and in since and my lower half was just wordlessly more involved. It was a little funky for the first time using it but I’ve never had balls fly off my bat the way they do now. The feel was crazy.

As you start to experiment different hitting coaches, you start to notice that most of them are one dimensional hitting coaches , but not Connor. Since the first day I stepped in the cage with Connor, he adjusted to what I struggled with, and made the adjustments feel so easy and free. I went from hitting .220 with 3 HRs , to hitting .315 with 5 HRs this fall.
